Over the winter I have been collecting various parts from ebay for a new look for the T100.
I have always liked the shorter Thruxton mudguards, the old lucas style indicators, the headlight from the T140, rear light from the T120, the reverse cone exhausts from a Commando, and the 'fastback' seat from a Commando.
So having collected all the parts together and having a spare tank and seat painted at http://www.airdevils.co.uk/ British Racing Green,
put her back together and she looks like this,

Drum roll

Very very nice Steve. I like it a lot :y115:
One hell of s change over from the army theme, hard to believe its the same bike.

It's all personal. Personally, this is nice, previous never did it for me. Colour, mufflers and tank badges are spot on, jury is still out on the seat and tail, that's not a negative, just thinking about it.

I thought it was a Dart. The Triumph decal threw me. Thanks. How do you like the dart? Does it keep the wind off of your chest at speed?

Yes I like it. When I first fitted it, I could not tell the difference so I took it off. I re-fitted it last year and did 1500 miles in the Scottish Highlands, and took it off when we got home. The first ride without it, it felt like I was about to get blown off the back!
They may be small but IMO very effective.
