French motorcycle apparel company Ixon arrived in Australia in 2005 with a wide variety of jackets and pants that suit the extremes of our harsh climate.

Now they have added the PitRace sports motorbike jacket which have vented mesh panels on the front, back and sleeves to allow the breeze to blow through on a hot Aussie day.

There is also as waterproof, breathable and windproof removable insert conveniently stored in a hidden pocket in the back of the jacket.

For safety, it features CE protectors on the elbows and shoulders, and reflective piping, and there is a connection zip to attach the jacket to your pants.

There are also press-stud tightening points on the arms and the bottom so the jacket doesn’t flap around at speed and the protectors don’t move from the impact points.

For storage, there are two external pockets and two internal, plus a waterproof pocket and the back pocket for the rain insert.

It comes in sizes XS – 4XL and in Black/White, Black/White/Red, Black/White/Yellow.
