I am just beginning to thaw out and feel comfortable at 20C.

20C is perfect for riding in full gear. 30C and I'm in the shade 
it was actualy 9c - 11c still plesant enough though ! it was the terential rain that put a dampner on it
It won't be too long before you and Rocky are laughing at me when I'm looking for my long underwear because the temps here are hitting 15 DegC.
I'm working on a ride report now that discusses our current temps which are, well let's just say a hair above 19 DegC.
