first bike was a '68 BSA lightning, been through a few since then, a '73 superglide, several BMWs. currently riding a DR650 and Vstrom. the bonneville has caught my eye as riding one will surely make me feel 50 yeas younger. looking at the T100 but I need to at least sit on one first and that requires a trip to the city in this case most likely Reno which is 200 miles distant. with winter road conditions etc it could be awhile. cheers! clive

didn't really say much about myself I guess....I grew up in a small town near toronto in the 60's in the fall of '77 I hopped on my bad motor scooter ('73 superglide) and rode south ending up in CA. I bounced around a few cities before ending up here near bishop, CA. love it here, lots of public land, mountains, less people, no traffic, low crime, clean air and water. anyway my name canam is from canadian/american (not from the motorcycle of same name). cheers!

I like the Bishop area.

Welcome as well from eastern Canada.
Where about near TO was home? It's probably part of Toronto now. Man, has that place grown.
streetsville, about 20 miles west of TO. yes it's all one big circus now. different world than when I grew up there. I see you live in NB. I love the maritimes and try to get out for a month or so to nova scotia. my friends went east and west from toronto area so I visit one side or the other. love both the USA and Canada. I see Canadians are pretty fired up now over the threats from this side of the border. while I won't bring politics into this forum I hope things settle down a bit as I will probably be travelling through with my US plate of course. cheers and here's hoping for a better US/Canadian relationship.
