Hi there everyone. I have recently - in 2015 - returned to motorcycle ownership after a break of 34 years. I started riding in 1964 on the usual Tiger Cub, progressing to a T100 in 1969. There followed a short break from 1974 to '78 when I went to a Honda CB250 G5 (briefly) then a Honda CB400/4 which I rode until 1981. At that time family and work commitments got in the way and my riding days were over - or so I thought!
I then had a 30 year love affair with MG sports cars - MGB's and Midget's, rebuilding many of them.
Two years ago, I saw a rather forlorn Tiger Cub at the side of the road with a notice on it saying "Please buy me!". My reasoning to my wife was along the lines of - "It will take up less room in the garage", "It will cost less to buy, restore, run than a car". The reasoning was accepted! The Cub was duly purchased, sorted out and ridden. However, when riding with my friends on their Velos, Nortons and big Triumphs I realised that I needed something bigger. I could not afford to go too big and have just recently bought a 1961 Twenty One (3TA). Some fettling to do and then out, hopefully, for the first run to a show this weekend. Watch this space............

Hi Rocky. I am sending you a picture of my tach cover. I did a 14 mile ride the other day and it held well without any glue. Jimmie
