Heatwave warning

After all my moaning and groaning about a cold and wet spring we have a heatwave and humidity warning for today - and maybe into tomorrow.
Temps could get up to 90F which would break records for 5 July. This is a stunningly hot temp for us.

We have those stinking high temps here as well. We are not used to it, yet. Considering when I came home from Nova Scotia on 1 July, it was only 13 C that day. Quite the temp swing. It is 32 C here right now, and with humidity feels like 39 C.

It's only 94 here today with a heat index of 106. If it keeps this up I'll have to breakout my short sleeve shirts.

32C is almost 90F, and think our humidity is the same as your heat index, Hemi so that would put our 39C at 102F. We're not that far off. Cooling down tomorrow, but rain. Sunday looking great at 24C.

I don't blame you. That's not comfortable at all. Would have been brutal here today but did not ride. Had too much other stuff to do.

So Rocky what you saying is you going to have one of our warmer winter days then

it is actually a bit of a worry our side as so far we have only had about 3 cooler days so far dropping below 10c. The cold weather also brings with it our much needed winter rain.

Our heat wave is finally breaking. Temps for the next seven days will highs 0f 90 -92 F and lows of 74 F with lots of tropical rain.

It looks like more of the same for today (Saturday), but a cold front is coming tonight with some showers so it may be more normal tomorrow.
