I am happy and thankful to report that I'm satisfactorily recovering from my November accident. I have been released by all of my surgeons and completed my outpatient occupational therapy. I just have to rebuild my strength.

I am cleared to ride again snd I have replaced my totalled 2012 Tiger 800 XC with a 2020 Bonneville T120 Black with only 1100 miles. I started riding again on Wednesday. It is great to be back.

Great news @CarlS ! Love to see that new to you Triumph! Was therapy complete, range of movement and all?
Thank you, Sikatri. Yes, my therapy was complete. I have 90% range of motion in my left shoulder and that should increase to close to 100%. I have recovered about 85% range of motion in my left wrist. I should get to at least 95% with continued exercise. I need a lot of strengthening in my left wrist.

It has been a long road for sure.

Glad! Great looking bike, noticed the thread!

That's great news! I've been through this, and as you use the shoulder and continue to push it a bit, the range will improve. It happens very slowly but one day you will suddenly realize and say to yourself, "Wow, I can do that now/again." That happened to me in the shower one day when I realized I was reaching spots I couldn't six months ago BGRIN
Age is not our friend in these situations, but don't slack off and it will come.

Rocky, you're spot on. I have been pushing it and my progress has amazed my therapist and pleased my two surgeons. I will continue my exercising.
