Greetings, I have a 2012 T100 and I have a problem. I have carefully adjusted the headlight several times and even torqued the bolts to specs but, invariably, the headlight soon points at the tree tops. Is there a cure for this rubber mounted headlight problem?
Thanks.

Possibly they may have changed the headlight mounting to this rubber mount for only a few years on the T100? Hopefully, someone may have a fix. The bike is fantastic, but this headlight moving around is terrible.

There is nothing pulling or pushing from underneath is there? Wire getting tight or pushing against back or bottom of headlight when handlebars turned?
If there is none of those things going on perhaps post a close up pic or two of all around the headlight. Maybe someone here will see something amiss or different that could cause this problem.

I'll have to look at the wiring. That is probably the cause. Unfortunately, the rubber headlight mount allows the headlight adjustment to be affected easily. It would have been better if the headlight were mounted rigidly. I looked on ebay and it looks like all this model headlights were rubber mounted since 2002 according to the replacement kits that are available.

I also have the same problem, 2012 T100 Anniversary Edition, fixed it once by adjusting the loom in the headlamp, but last time I rode it it was high again!

I don't really like the rubber mounting, rigid would be better. I'm doubtful if there is a way to fix it, though. Maybe some custom made aluminum spacers to replace the rubber?
