Thats a cool observation Otherwise, the fact your bike and I have the same birthday (sort of) I think you should just send it to me, her and I where destined to be together.

Now onto this other stuff about 1st. Generation Tigers.....and your nostrils......others may have mentioned this (1st. Gen thing) but not I.
When Mr. Bloor resurrected the brand he did release a Tiger (which are still quite cool) and I guess those could be considered the 1st. Generation (of the NEW Triumph) and they look coool
But anyone who knows their Triumph History knows Tigers date way on back to (if memory serves) 1939 and the Tiger 100 (because 100 was the claimed top speed) which truly would be the 1st. generation pictured here
So that would make your 69 sort of a "middle child" if you will. I may not know much, but I knows my Tiger History.
I would really like to find an old Cub for Shannon to put around the neighborhood on, besides it would look cute in the garage beside my beastie.
Kinda like Dr. Evil and Mini Me
As a newer Tiger owner I say :worthy: to you for keeping the Heritage/bloodline alive.

I hope your nostrils feel a little better
