My current bike is a 2012 Bonneville T100, and I love the way it rides and handles. Lately, however, my wandering eyes have been attracted to the Scrambler models dating back as far as at least 10 years. I am curious to hear from the forum what members perceive as the differences in ride and handling between the Scrambler and the T100. It is a 3 hour round trip for me to get a test ride, and I am willing to do this, but I would like to hear from riders who have put some miles on both models, or at least the Scrambler, since test rides rarely reveal the true characteristics of a bike and how it will handle over time. Looking forward to hearing from ya'll about your opinions and experiences. Thanks!

Look forward to hearing comments! Three hours is a bit of a drive! LoL. Are you thinking of trading or adding to your stable?
Thinking of adding if finances permit. My T100 is my all-time favorite but I am intrigued by the looks and potential fun differences in ride and handling. Would probably run the Bonnie on longer rides, and use the Scrambler for quick jaunts through the countryside and hill country.
I wonder if there are enough (good) differences between the two to make this a realistic expectation. Of course, it is largely subjective, but I would still be interested in any opinions or reports out there.

It would give you more ride options to have both. Hope you get some encouraging comments.
