Hi.
Just introducing myself. I'm Steve and I don't have a Triumph yet. Notice I said "yet". Really interested in the new T'Bird LT. I've been intrigued by the brand for a while now, but couldn't find the right model to suit my needs. Then along comes the new ThunderBird LT. Has everything I want; Style, power, touring ability, comfort, belt drive, 6 speed, 1700cc, and did I mention style/looks. Love it and hopefully will get one of the launch models. That's it for now. Look forward to becoming a valued member of this community.
At least a month and a half wait 'til riding season is here in the Great White North, but it will come soon enough. Hopefully I'll be on a new ThunderBird LT.

Thanks for all the WARM welcomes, especially from all the guys that get to ride year round in the tropic zones. Think of all us Chozen Frozen as you're riding next time. Going down to -18C here tonight. Not exactly encouraging weather for an early spring and start to riding season. :(

Well to brighten up the winter blues, I pulled the trigger and put a down payment on a new Thunderbird LT. Got the one and only "Launch" model in New Brunswick. Caspian Blue/White. Supposed to be at the dealer sometime around the end of March. It's gonna be a long month. Got a couple of extras with it; the power socket for the rear saddlebag, the lower wind deflectors and the lock for the removable windscreen. The "launch" model comes with a lot of extras for a little price increase.

Woo hoo!:) Bike arrived at the dealer yesterday. Going down tomorrow to sign the papers and pick it up. Not sure yet if I'll ride it back or put it in the back of my truck. Not supposed to be very warm tomorrow. Daytime high of +9C and still a lot of snow melt runoff to contend with.[DOUBLEPOST=1397170007,1397169517][/DOUBLEPOST]Oops, almost forgot, pix will follow as soon as I can.
