Yes it obviously has been abused.
It is a good deal it seems, however its got 1 problem............its MISSING a perfectly good cylinder! Gotta have 3 if its for me. (I just made that up---I am copywriting it now so if you all want to use it paypal me the royalty fees) LoL---
