Good afternoon. My name is Bill Johnstone and I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. I was born a while back on the 4th of July in 1951. I have always been attracted to motorcycles and had lots of friends with bikes when we were young. I picked up a couple and started riding around 2000 and then stopped again. I have always liked the old classics and have been shopping for some type of collectible for the last couple of years. I was very close to buying a 1965 BSA about 4 weeks ago, but it was in Tennessee and I thought that it might just be a headache getting it home, Then this Triumph popped up out of nowhere here in Winnipeg and I grabbed it. It came out of Calgary and the guy that brought it to Winnipeg decided not to restore it, and now I have it. It was partly disassembled, so I'm going to finish the tear down, and hopefully restore it to being a solid runner. I know there are some parts that are missing, and hopefully will have some help with locating items from this group. This will be a long project, so we'll take it one step at a time. Thanks for hearing my story.

Bill
