Well I took the 3 for an mot this morning and it passed with flying colours ! So after work I took it out for a spin , it handles AWSOME ! And deceptively quick very very quick .
You have to ride this bike if you want to enjoy the handling it's not a conventional ride , it's not a nip and tuck kind of bike more a smooth gliding machine ! It is quite cramped after riding the tiger for the last 3 years but by no means as bad as a gsxr or yzf .
Now it's not all a bed of roses I have a flat spot the size of Scotland ! It ticks over great mid range is great top end is great but from tick over to 4k it's missing spluttering and generally gutless , so it looks like I going to have to strip it back to the bone and have the carbs off again !
But at least it's on the road and when I've done the carbs I can just jump on and ride .
