It has been down to about -7degC the past 3 or 4 days here, we had the first snow of winter last night. Here are a couple of pics, my hairy monsters love it!
In 24 hours it's going to look like that here - or worse!
The storm raging up the east coast of North America has us in its sights. I'll be gassing up my snowblower today in anticipation of what may come.
The forecast is for the storm to give us intermittent snow over the next three days as the storm moves away.
It should be fun!
Your dogs look very similar to my Wife's Skye Terrier.
I'm far enough inland that the huge snowstorm that hit the Eastern Coast only gave us a fraction of the 2 feet of white stuff they got.
It was the first really good snowfall to try out the Jaguar X-type's AWD and those Chinese winter tires I bought for it. I've had lots of 4 wheel drive vehicles in my lifetime and this Jag is absolutely awesome in the snow.
My AWD Subaru Forester is great in the snow too, but since I'm retired and don't have to go anywhere unless absolutely necessary, I just let it snow and stay home out of harms way until the streets have been plowed.
We had our first good snow last week, about seven inches. When we open the door for our dog to go out, she turns around and doesn't want to have anything to do with it.
You forgot about wearing snowshoes and a tuque while you're outside. Rocky!
My Son drives a 2002 Subaru Forester and my Daughter just bought an older 2000 Forester. It's the 1st car she can call all her own and she's really proud of it.
