Engine Heat

not long had 2016 thunderbird lt 1700 , just took it for about 50 mile ride put it away and noticed clutch and timing engine covers very hot to touch .is that normal most bikes i have had would have just felt warm to hot , ish

Its normal.

When I had my T'bird, the side covers were pretty hot after an extended ride.
