i havn't watched it yet ! dont know if i can !... ive been a big clint fan all my life and love his films , just dont like the idea of him making a fool of him self SAD

You lost me. I don't know what this is about.

Clint was the surprise speaker last night at the Republican National Convention and he had a chair next to the podium which he said was obama's chair, it was empty too. In part of the speech he looked at the chair as if obama was telling him to tell Romney to go f@{k himself to which Clint said he couldn't "tell him to go. . . that's impossible for him to do that to himself."

I figured a lot of you on other continents didn't see it, but it's on youtube if you want to. I thought it was halarious. A bit over the top and all, but i'm so burned out with the politically correct atmosphere i am subjected to 24/7 and have been for decades that i look at this as somebody finally shoving it in everyone's faces and saying stop it already ! To me whats really obscene is PC. No filth or porn or anything is IMO as disgusting as political correctness, as it's destroying our society. So i absolutely loved Clint's speech.

He was doing the Piers Morgan "empty chair" thing. He had apparently given a copy of his speech to the campaign manager but when he got on stage, he did his own thing.
Pc'ness is more than a pet peeve with me. I absolutely abhor it.

I just checked it out and was embarrassed for him, he's aged so much and stumbled like a very very old man from one line to the next.
That's not political comment just saying sometimes it's better to leave the public with a certain image rather than what's coming to all of us.

I also think his stuttering doesn't reflect how sharp he is. I think he's a lot sharper than he sounds with all the stuttering. I think he still has all his wits about him but his voice can no longer keep up with his thinking. Gotta love Clint. The man is a legend. I really hate to see people like his getting old. If anyone here never saw his movie Gran Torino, go right now and get it however you can. Great movie. I don't think theres a soul that has seen it who wouldn't agree.

Gran Torino, TUP

Not a Clint show but last night I re-watched the Coen Brothers classic "No Country For Old Men" great ending with an aging Tommy Lee Jones.

Stuttering or not he would make a better PRes than what we have now. But then so would my pot belly pig Hamlet, so I guess thats not saying much..........
Clint is the "man"
Maybe a Tommy Lee Jones/Clint Eastwood ticket would be good?????
