Transparency International have published their Corruption Perceptions Index 2012, measuring and ranking individual country's public sector corruption. It appears that only Western Sahara & South Sudan are missing.

It's nice to see that Canada placed quite high, but right at the moment there is an ongoing investigation into the corruption in the city of Montreal administration that is shocking a lot of people.
Corruption is part of human nature and it and crime will always be with us in one form or another.

Most all governments become corrupt; it is human nature. And power is terribly addicting to some folks.

As corrupt as I feel "our" government officials to be, the rest of you buggers must be living in hell!
