The venerable Huey. I know several soldiers who owe their lives to the Huey. A really greagt utility helicopter.
This month's bombshell, the P-39 Airacobra. I include the model this month because she is dressed for a Christmas ball, and is a bombshell as well.
Love both!! Saw an Airacobra three years ago at an airshow.
A rare bird. Love the lines of both.
For this first month of 2022, I am sharing this months bombshells from the 2021 year's calendar (P-38) and 2022's calendar (A-1H). I am a big fan of the P-38, and the silhouettes of the other is nice, too.
Some fine lookin' airframes there.
