What up Carl ? How are you ? I might as well be a 'new' Member, it's been close to 10 years now. Last post I said I ain't dead yet, but I am back from the 'dead' now, eh ? I'm 73 now. After 18 years of riding my 'Injun Pony' (Speedmaster), I donated it to a charity (Kars4Kids). It still looked & rode GREAT. I can no longer go long distance (transcontinental & back). That trip was physically brutal, but FUN. While living in san diEGO, my 'Pony' was stolen, so after 2 weeks the Cops told me it was futile & I bought a Royal Enfield Classic 500 Bullet. I rode it all over my old stomping grounds in S. Cali. When I got home at 3 AM, the 'Pony' was parked in our driveway (my Sister & me). Oh Well. I figured at least I have a 'backup' bike now. I can pick it up after hitting gravel or an oil slick on a blind turn (another factor in my donation decision). After 2 years in Inyo County Jail (6 months in Bakersfield Prison, but the Psychiatrist said I didn't belong there) my Sister told the Judge that I could move in with her & she could employ me. I would visit my Wife in Hospice in Riverside every weekend on either bike. After over 35 years of M.S., she informed me that she would not live out the year. I jumped parole, & got an apartment across the street from her Hospice, so she could come 'Home' everyday. On the run from the Law ( a request for transfer to another County may have been granted too late). She died 8 months later & I headed up to Lake Arrowhead above San Berdoo to hide out. They finally caught me 5 years later. Someone ratted on me I was told. I figured Oh Well. I did 4 more months in san diEGO County jail for violating parole, but after hearing my story the Female Judge ordered my release. I served out the rest of my 9 years unsupervised parole (thanks to her). I now live with & look out for my 2 sons (one had been adopted at birth [High School Hijinx, eh ?). They are both brain damaged. One Son from being hit head on by a car that crossed the median while riding his Triumph TR6R (he went through their windshield) & the other Son from CTE from being a High School Football Star when the 'coaches' still taught the helmet as a 'weapon'. What tragic irony. They have both been ruined for life by my 2 greatest 'loves'. Football & Motorcycles. Man, do I have some tales to tell after all that.
Audios (I was a Pro Soundman for 10 years, ha, ha) Muchacho. I'm Back (unless a Royal Enfield disqualifies me)

Well, I got an Uncle Javier Rodrigos PePe Fernandez Lopez (I forget the rest) that can 'influence' my way through Mexico to Central America, namely BELIZE. The Natives speak Anglish & don't resent you.

I am so glad that you are back. I did remember that your Wie had MS. I didn't know you were incarcerated. I am sorry b to learn she passed away. I can most definitely relate to that!! I hope to be out your way early next summer.

Welcome back to TT!! TUP

BTW I now live in Dania Beach, the Fort Lauderdale area. You are welcome here anytime.
I'll never be able to make it now. I need to look after my 2 Sons (half-brothers). That's the primary reason for giving my 'Injun Pony' up. I can only ride locally now & a 500 'thumper' is all I need for that (I never ride anyone on the back ever). The 'Engin Ponie' is all I need for that. BTW in '76 we named my Daughter Dawniah. Co-incidences, co-incidences.

I understand. I do plan to come out your way next year.

I can only ride locally now & a 500 'thumper' is all I need for that (I never ride anyone on the back ever). The 'Engin Ponie' will do just fine. BTW in '76 we named our Daughter Dawniah. Co-incidences, co-incidences. If things were different, I'd jump all over your offer of hospitality, and take all old highways that even the locals don't use anymore to ride to Buffalo, NY & then down to Florida. "Oh Well" (P. Green)

Please do. I withdrew from the very local college when Covid hit. The students were gonna go to class no matter what condition they were in. Thus, I really don't have anyone to talk to anymore. My only Kool neighbor is a Romanian 'immigrant', the others avoid me (we used to call Orange County 'Naziville'). You can have my bedroom while here (really close to Disneyland & Knotts, if you care to go)
