Re: As a new owner of a Street Triple I find myself having to rely on learned experts

I would love to go to the Vintage weekend, it's always enjoyable, but I doubt I can this year.

Hopefully I can get there for the Superbikes.

I am glad you are loving your triple. I have been a parallel twin or opposed twin fan most of my life. But my 800XC triple has converted me. :y2:

My son wants us to go to Superbike. We went for years and now it's kind of a been there done that sort of thing for me. And I don't know any of the current riders. Miguel Duhamel was a good acquaintance back in the day. Hubby is lead tech for the #1 Vintage racer so we're obligated to do Vintage days. This is the 1st year I've actually had a something that is a decent entry for the best in show contest. Thinking of having him trailer the Magna down & I'll ride the Triple just for the giggles.

I used to camp at the campground. I still would for the Vintage days, but never again for the Superbikes. The crowd has become all young and stupid squids.
