If there was any real will amongst the authorities to do something about road safety,they would;
1. Set up breathalizers outside pubs.
2.Pull over unroadworthy,unlicenced taxis.
3.Police moving offences.
They don't because;
1. They get paid off not to.
2. It's easier and more profitable to speed trap.
