1. Being at a sales counter, ready to check out and pay, and the store's telephone rings and the clerk immediately forgets about you to answer the telephone. They should be trained to take care of the customer right there in person ready to complete a purchase and wait until the customers present are taken care of BEFORE even thinking about answering a telephone. I have a 185 mile round trip to my nearest shopping mall or big box stores. Its no wonder why so many people choose to buy online; I have never had a website make me wait because a damn telephone was ringing.
2. Posers. Anyone dressing up to look like nor act like someone or something they are not.
3. USA motorcycle magazines editors and writers that ignore 99% of motorcyclists. They seem to think everyone lives in Southern California, rides a crotch rocket, is a avid motorcycle racer, goes to the desert to ride a dirt bike for fun, is a fanatic about motorcycle racing, and has a local dealer for every make of motorcycles. I do not race (and have never met anyone who did or does at present), and I do not care about motorcycle racing riders or race results. I do not live in California and there is no desert within hundreds of miles from my home. There are dealers for Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Harley Davidson within a 100 miles radius from my home (none less than 50 miles), and there is a Triumph dealer about 150 miles away. I would have to drive over 250 miles one way to find a Aprilla, KTM, BMW, Ducati, Moto Guzzi or other brand, which is simply too far to go for parts or service. No one I know rides a crotch rocket and I ride with 3 diverse groups. What I do see on the road each week (I ride about 500 miles a week) are Harleys, Harley clones, Gold Wings and a scattering of other brands (mostly adventure and dual purpose bikes).
