America Locking Gas Cap

Hi to all,
I'm looking to install a locking gas cap on my America EFI 2012 (the stock one it is not lockable), I found some model on web, but I'm concerned about the fact that America has the "dashboard" on fuel tank that includes instrument and gas cap. I think it is needed a quite thick/high gas cap that shall be higher than the dashboard...in order to allow screw/unscrew the cap.

Somebody has installed a locking gas cap that fits?
Can suggest me a brand/model and where to buy?

Well, well, 68 views and no help. I'm not really surprised. Sorry, but if this was a japanese brand site there would be a raft of answers. Why is it Triumph facebook pages and owners websites offer up so little help? Is it a different demographic of owners? Yes, I agree a locking cap would be nice, but sadly I have not found one yet either. Best of luck in your quest.

Just arrived locking gas cap from NewBonneville.com.
Fits good and look quite nice

I need to do this to mine. Maybe I am just paranoid, but the neighborhood is not what it used to be. I am more worried about what someone might put IN the tank than about what they might take out. ...J.D.

It was the reason for I was looking for the lockable fuel cap....
