Well this was the first time I have ever returned an item to the amazon store and that was the SJCAM M20 that I was really not happy with. I had been using it for a month and really did not expect to be able to send it back. So I took a chance to see if this was possible and there it was an option to return an item. I followed this process but the cost of shipping it back was a bit high but I did it anyway. So today I get a refund from Amazon and I see they even paid a % of the shipping cost back, so that was very cool.

I am really impressed with their service they offer so today I ordered the GoPro Hero 7 black from them as well, see more in this thread Anyone Using a GoPro

That's one of the reasons it became such a successful mega operation.
I have used Amazon Canada for years with great satisfaction.

At one time we could not purchase from them at all. Now we still find some items that they don't ship our way.

Better then then that other mob (hint, starts with an E). I've had so much stuff come Months late or never at all from overseas that I only buy from within my own back yard.

I was suprised as my first order arrived a few days after it was ordered and normally we have huge issues with anything coming in from another country.
