[The Seeker]

A video caught by the dashboard camera of a Saskatchewan police car. It created a loud sonic boom as it fell to Earth.

This meteor landed close to the Alberta-Saskatchewan border. Scientists in the USA are offering $10,000 to anyone who delivers a piece of it.

I was in the California desert one night when a large meteorite entered the atmosphere so close to our position we could hear it pass overhead.

They said this meteor in the video was about the size of a basketball.

Imagine one around 1/4 mile across!
