After seeing one on another site, I have just fitted an Innovate LC1 A/F sensor and G2 guage kit to my T100.

First job was to weld the sensor bung into the crossover pipe on the exhaust.

This is where the Lambda sensor fits into the exhaust.
I fitted the LC1 unit in the space under the tank. You can see it just behind the steering damper.

Next job was to make a guage cup as the kit only has fixings for use in a car.
I made the guage cup out of an exhaust tailpipe! Painted it black and made an alloy bracket to mount it to the clocks.

All the wiring was done in the headlight, it was fairly simple, you just need a switched live, permanent live and an earth. All the instructions are on the disc provided with the kit.
Here it is installed.

It was not cheap, £180,but so far I am very impressed with it. It gives a constant A/F reading and I have found out that I was rich at idle, lean between 1/4 and 1/2 throttle, and perfect from 3/4 to WOT, so I will be shimming the needles tomorrow.
As I am always switching exhausts and tinkering this will be a very useful aid to get the jetting spot on across the whole rev range.

Very good job done here, well done. I bet the connection to the crossover pipe in the exhaust was not easy to do. :y18:

It wasn't to bad, I marked the position for the sensor, took off the exhaust, drilled it and welded the bung to the pipe.
The nerve racking part was drilling a 16mm dia hole in the pipe!
My pulse returned to normal once I got the exhaust back on and the sensor fitted!

Superb job there gump,
beautiful mounting of the guage, you would never know it was an add on.

I mounted a similar set-up in my car for tuning the safc, but I had bought it second hand and the correct lambda sensor was kaput so I never could completely trust it.Turbo skylines are oppisite to Triumph, they tend to play it safe and richen up under boost at the cost of potential HP.

Outstanding job, Gump, and a practical mod! The A/F ratio is the key to fine tuning. I admire your ability to fabricate. I am a parts changer; I have neither the tools nor the skill to fabricate.
