After our 2012 trip out west, for our next trip we're heading north. At the end of May I head from Albuquerque to Denver and meet up with 4 others (2 more than last time) and they're all on KLRs (sheesh!). Then it's Wyoming (for Yellowstone) and Montana (for Glacier). Depending on how we're doing for time, it's then up to Banff in Canada. Then we head back, hopefully with enough time left so that we don't have to hit the highways for the last few days, which we had to do last time and it was the least interesting part of our trip. Arriving back in Albuquerque around 14th June. I'm already way too excited and planning the trip can be half the fun. I'll probably need new tires as they're already 6000+ miles old, so once I find out how much off-roading we're doing I can decide whether to replace them with the same road biased tires or something 50:50 road
