Hi all.. I am Charlie.. New here. I am looking for help on my bike. when I rev it, it just dies. It will start back up the idle is off and as soon as I give it a little gas at the throttle it dies.. I checked inside the fuel tank for broken hoses, I sprayed air into the vacuum system. I noticed some of the hoses going to the fuel injectors are bad. they look good but if you bend them, you can notice a lot of tiny holes. Don't know if this would be bad enough to cause this problem

Let me mention that I recklessly wet the engine a few weeks ago and bike shut off. After a few days it started back up but its idling bad and shutting off once given a little throttle. We've had some hot 90 degree weather.

Welcome from Eastern Canada to TT.
Not familiar with your bike so afraid I would not be of any help.
Hopefully someone comes along shortly with some insight to your problem.
Have you checked coils and plug wires for arcing.

Thank you for the reply guys from Methuen mass. Yes I blew all the wiring out and it still doing the same thing. Recently I spray starting fluid on the TB gasket and saw a big Idle change so I'm guessing that this might be the problem. I am waiting for the new gasket

Hi, the bike atarted working after i cleaned injectios and switched the hoses on gas tank. By switch i mean connected them on the oppsotie connector, so the one that was on the top i put it on bottom. It is aputtering on low RPM after antifreeze fell over the engine. I was bleeding the radiator after thermostat change.
