Right then, its all back together and bled through. I've used the old pipework that came in a box with the bike, even though I had to fight the last pipe on (I think it must have been distorted at some point in its life in the box). All I have to do now is extend the brake light switch wiring connections, as the new loom that came on the bike is too short.
I degreased and washed the whole front end, and Ive stood it on a clean sheet of newspaper to check for leaks/drips.
 
Those are beautiful bikes Grandpaul and Sea Dog, I just bought a frame and set of crankcases for a 1981 Triumph T140ES and am starting the process of rebuilding it.
Looking forward to having a bike with an electric start......
 
Rod, please start a new build thread and remember to take lots of photos, even before you start.

A shot of the frame and engine laying on the floor would make a FANTASTIC "before" photo for your eventual "before & after" composites!

Or is the TT Forum just lucky to have 3 "Rare" TSS owner/members?

Alegedly there was only 438 TSS's produced with around 125 going to the US market (read that in some other forum) we know there is 2 in Queeensland,Australia and 1 in Orlando, Florida where are the rest of them? :y15:
One basket case '82 tss here in Illinois!
