Please review my 1978 Triumph Bonniville 750 for sale on E bay

https://www.ebay.com/itm/186707703399

I turned 70 years old the 30th of January 2024. I am trying to recoup from lower lumbar spine surgery and because of a non-expected side effect of right-side sciatic nerve damage I believe that it is unlikely I am going to recover enough to get back to riding again.

1978 MODEL TRIUMPH T140E - 750 Bonniville -
TRIUMPH BONNIE LEFT SIDE.jpg

"SOLD DURING 1979 MODEL YEAR due to equipped WITH "NEGITIVE GROUND, LUCAS / RITA ELECTRONIC IGNITION, DUAL AMAL MARK 2 CARBS."

Bill of sale only RAN WHEN PARKED. VIN # T-140E - EX08332

Launched in 1978, the letter 'E' stood for emissions compliant. This model featured a new cylinder head, redesigned Amal carburetors to meet emission regulations and shortly after production started, Lucas electronic ignition. Most 'E' models had many design improvements including new Lucas switchgear, new side panel design and passenger grabrails that incorporated a small parcel rack.

Many thanks for your kind comments every time I see someone on 2 wheels it causes immediate depression probably my only recourse is to get a Can Am spyder and let 3 wheels to support me and counteract my lack of strength and balance issues.

Regards Scott

Don't ever give up Scott. Get a lower back brace to stabilize. Build your physical strength. I am 71. Several years ago, during sleep, my hearing went out in one ear. The nerve that carries signals of hearing and balance on that side were lost. I staggered around and was feeling poorly. I decided to not give up.
I retrained my brain to cope with this. I started riding bicycles and walking on curbs and railroad tracks. So with only one inner ear gyroscope, I decided I loved riding so much that would train for that too.
I summoned my inner strength, and one day went for a ride on my big bike. Obviously I would not have done this if patently unsafe. It was a little dicey but I focused intently. After two weeks of this I had retrained my brain to use the one balance organ left and my eyes and feeling. Today I have 5 bikes, and had a nice ride earlier.
Get that nerve worked out. Apply your inner strength and work at it. You will soon be enjoying that crisp morning air on two wheels. Just my humble opinion.
Never give up.

SonoVive™ Hearing Loss Remedy | Official Website

Please review the information at this site. There is strong support that hearing can be restored as long as there is no physical damage; the nerves can come back. This herbal remedy, has solid backing behind it and it is a lot less expensive than $6000 hearing aids. You may decide it is not for you, but the industry is well aware that hearing aids are a LUCRATIVE business.

Don’t quit on it. I’m 75, don’t ride as fast, don’t lean as far, by even with a bum knee and hip I still love my 79 T140. Good thing it starts on the first kick cause sometimes I don’t have a second one to give it.
