    High Oil Pressure

Hi, after a major seize on my 67 T90 it's running now but only at tick over speed until I check the oil pressure although it is returning nicely to the tank. I tried using an old dashboard gauge, connected to the blanking plug just under the pressure relief valve, I must have last used 30 years...

    T90 Kickstart Spring

Thanks for that lads, just keep trying. What actually holds it in place once the gearbox cover is on. Surely it can't be the cover or it would wear it every time you kicked it over. Barry

    T90 Kickstart Spring

Hi, I took the gearbox cover off my 1967 T90 the other day to replace the gearlever shaft oil ring. As I eased the cover of the kickstart spring shot off and unwound. I can't seem to get it back on. the spring cover plate only goes onto the shaft by about 1/8th of an inch. Sometimes it comes...

    T90 Oil Tank Breather Route

Hi, can anyone tell me the correct route for the oil tank breather to exit under the rear number plate. How is it clipped under the mudguard and is the breather just round tube or a special profile, I have heard it's possibly a D shape but not really sure. Thanks, Barry

    Misfiring T90

Hi all, just an update on my recently acquired misfiring 1967 T90. Sorry if you’ve read this on other Triumph sites but I’m trying to get it to as large an audience as possible. It starts ok and runs well up to about 4500 revs then starts to misfire, really noticeable if you drop a gear to...

    Faulty Clutch, crunching gears

Hi all, thanks to those who replied to my clutch problems on my recently purchased 1967 T90, just an update. I asked for advice from several sites including this one. These were the replies. Check none of the plates were misssing, they were flat not buckled, Check the groves in the basket and...

    Faulty Clutch, crunching gears

Hi all, sorry if you have read this elsewhere but I'm trying to get advice from the masses. I recently bought a 67 T90 and after sorting it cosmetically I'm now looking at the oily bits. The bike won't go from neutral to 1st or neutral to 2nd without a real crunching of the gears. Once in gear...
