Even though it is not in hand yet I couldn't wait to share the picture JP Vintage sent me of my new seat they made for me. It's a custom made Brat Tracker with plain sides, Took them 2 weeks to make it, and now it's on the way to me. Great people to deal with. They have a lot of Triumph seats. I will post a pic on the bike after it arrives.

Looks like quality work.
Seats are getting good reviews, I'll know soon enough. One thing is since they are actually hand stitched they are not 100% water proof. Not an issue for me. If by chance it gets soaked in a rain storm, I'll just switch out the original until it dries, or suffer a wet butt for a day or 2.

Today got the new seat. And newly fabricated side panels. The seat by JP Vintage is very well made and comes with a care kit. The seat is excellent quality, fits perfectly and seems to be comfortable, but a lot more narrow than original. The benefit for me is it is higher. Ride report will have to follow. Side panels I had made by a local vendor. 25 bucks, (BAAK eat your heart out). Will need proper fitting and painting. They're just stuck on approximately for photos. If you get this seat the stock side panels look a little misplaced to me, so some kind of aftermarket cover is needed to cover the wiring if you care. ALO or BAAK have some.

the seat is great, not as wide or comfy as the original mate, but it is soft enough and suits me fine. it is not a touring seat however. I have adapted to its differences.
