In the mean time the SW-MOTECH crashbars arrived and are installed. Fit&finish is tops and I suspect that they will provide more protection in a tumble than OEM bars. And for approx. halve the price.
Also installed the 42t rear sprocket from the Thruxton without any problem. Enough room for chain adjustment. Speed/mileage is still correctly indicated because the signal pickup is coming from the ABS wheelspeed sensors. I absolutely think that standard gearing (2.18) was too tall. The 42t sprocket gearing (2.47) suites the engine better IMO.
Now on order OEM power plug, Cruise Control and blacked out T logo cover on the clutch housing.

Yea maybe I will do the rear sprocket teeth increase later. I ordered the British Customs 1200 clutch cover thinking it was the right side small cover. I actually rather the stock clutch cover for the T120 Black. I am using a 8" battery tender knife type connection with a cigarette lighter type plug to keep my phone charged. By rhe end of this month should have Zard black Pea shooters and SW Motec engine guards in. I want a heated seat but did not check if Triumph offers one, the corbin heated seat on my FJ-09 worked great. That one is now for sale cause I traded the FJ-09 in yesterday on a 13 Tiger Explorer with 2450 miles. The wife is gonna kill me when I tell her I need one more "a crusier" There are super deals out there on the Commander but it does not have Cruise. the Victory Crossroads does.

All installed and working! Also discovered I needed extra hand protection from the icy cold wind at highway speed. So now a set of TOURATECH GD handguards from a Tiger 800 are installed. Very effective and used at near freezing temps. They even deflect most of the windblast away from the arms.

Pictures of your latest mods please :):):)
I have some hand guards on my Suzuki, and they work a treat with the Oxford heated grips, came back from Glemseck in pouring rain, and my hands stayed warm and dry because of the guards, and the grips.
Have you any trips planed on her for next year ??

T logo clutch cover, handguards and crashbars installed. And if you zoom in on the picture below the "AMAL" injection body you can see the powerplug.

And a warning!! When installing the Cruise Control kit both left and right handlebar switch housings are replaced. This includes the front brake master cylinder housing. While bleeding the system a problem showed up with the design of the CNC adjustable front brake lever (cheap ones from China). A notch on the underside of the lever prevented full travel of the lever, thus also full stroke of the master cylinder plunger. Not noticeable or a problem with a firm brake lever, no air in the system and no fading. You can see on the attached picture taken from under the lever that the notch is now removed and no longer hitting the edge of the master cylinder housing.
I had the same lever type lever on my Trophy with same problem.
