Carlos Checa on the new Ducati Pinagale took superpole. We're about to go to a SuperBike BBQ and beer up.

Aprilia look like they will have another good year in WSBK with,
race 1, 1st, 2nd & 3rd
race 2, 1st, 2nd & 4th

In the super sport class, Kenan Sofuolgu cleaned up on his "MAHI RACING TEAM INDIA" Kawasaki.
Triumph should have stayed home.

We all had a couple of cold ones and a good old time.

Was good to have some racing to watch again. Can't believe it's so long til the next round though.

The racing was really good.

Carlos Checa made a howler of a mistake in Race 1. He's out of hospital and should be fully fit for Round 2.

Thanks for the updates ya'll. Good to hear Kenan is doing well (and staying on the bike) I have watched him come up through the ranks, good kid he seems.
Sorry to hear of Checas off, but he is a tough little monkey and they have a good bit of time to rest up before the next round.

Yeah, belongs to my mate standing behind the bar.
It's a corner of his workshop but more beer gets drunk than spanner work.
Within the group it's just known as "The Beer Shed", it's the regular Friday night place to be.
