Hi Folks ,
Been a little busy on project ,
re- plumbing totally whole house .
Getting rid of everything under slab
and digging trench on outside of house
so , you can get to stuff easy & fix it .
Up grading everything , whether it needed it
or not


Should be very helpful when house is passed
on to kids

2 new vanity's / cabinets / counter tops

13 new chrome shut off valves under all sinks & toilets

Stainless steel braided ice maker line
SS Braided line to dishwasher line

New P traps on everything

New washer & dry counter sunk box for water
New washer water valves & hoses

New toilets & fittings

New bathroom floor tile

Painting rooms

New brass faucet valve bodies
New faucets for showers & all sinks

Re- calking everything

5 new brass ball valves , lever handle 1 /4 turn outside faucets

Last but not least !
1 new empty wallet :y23:
Off old copper system now , still patching up & painting drywall

It sure does become a drain on the wallet as I know. I am in the process of painting my house :silent: If I had of sold the Speedmaster and taken the money I am spending on the house right now I could have purchased a new T-Bird plus have money over for mods :cash:
