Global warming strikes again. (Heavy sarcasm)

I will ride down to about 30 F when I have to. But I prefer 40 F and above. The electric gloves I got for Christmas from my kids make a BIG difference. With a full face helmet and a balaclava, I am quite comfortable.

I'm impressed, Carl. For a warm weather guy you take on some pretty cool temps!
Between 30 and 40F is too cold for me!

I didn't say I liked it!!!! :ya2: Seriously, I ride in those temps to PGR missions. There is a caveat. Those temps are in the morning hours. By afternoon it may be in the 60's or certainly the 50's. Occasionally, I encounter those low temps at night when I am on my way home.

Ok, this is the third time today that I have tried to post. Have I been censored for some reason?

Anyway, it was 7 deg F this morning. Too cold to think about riding. I can handle short rides in the 30's, longer in the 40's. Single digits are what they make cars and trucks for. :y18:

Warmer weather must be just around the corner... :y115: the Houston area High School Baseball pre-season schedule is out and I've got to start trying to select the games I want to work. The preseason begins on 2/7/2011 and the regular season gets started on 2/21/2011. About half way thru the season the weather should be nice and warm :y54: but between now and then I'll be freezing!

The games over the past two years bought me my Tiger so now I need a few more goodies for her and all I can say is .... PLAY BALL!!!

It was so cold today in sunny Southeast Texas that I saw a gangsta walking down the street with his pants pulled up.

It was so cold. . .

That sounds like a Jay Leno monologue :ya2:

I stole it from one of my riding partners, I have no idea where he stole it.
