Thank you, Silli. And I quite agree!

Absolutely agree, unfortunately in my state the police are no longer a "police force" but a "police service". I think that just about sums up the western world. Our judges have become case managers rather than administers of due punishment. If I was in charge the chimney at the crematorium would be puffing smoke 24/7.

You nailed it, Kevin.

And that is the only way to deal with some of these scum

But, unfortunately, it won't happen.

Carl, I am so sorry to hear about this. Again I have been away from the site for a while and need to check in more often. God Bless Pard. And give the family my condolences.

I was carrying a very heavy part for my tractor down the feeble steps inside my barn and lost my footing. I didn't want to go down the entire set of stairs and I also didn't want to drop the expensive part, so I consciously made myself fall towards the railing (just a 2x4). My weight combined with the weight of the part hitting the railing underneath my armpit caused a nice loud snapping noise.....I broke at least one, maybe two ribs on my left side. Along with the broken ribs, I think I bruised the area internally.

There's not much they can do for broken ribs so I didn't see a doctor. The pain subsided after a few days. Then a couple nights ago, I sneezed really hard and could hear another snap. I think I separated what had begun to heal because the same pain returned. It's still pretty tender and it hurts if I inhale too deeply.

As I've mentioned before, my Brother is a doctor. Although he's a Pathologist (LOL) , I did talk to him about it and he had me do a self -examination of sorts.....which hurt BADLY. If the ribs were out of place, I know it and the pain wouldn't subside on it's own. So all I can do now is not breath too deeply and try not to sneeze again. He thinks the ribs are in place and will heal nicely, but that I probably did do some bruising of the musculature.

I broke ribs on the right side only about a year and a half ago when I fell off the tailgate of my truck and this isn't nearly as bad as that was.
