Ha ha!!! How's the Low GI diet your missus had you on going?? Lost any of those spare tyres yet? Actually, I'm very proud of Wallace - he did a 30km marathon walk the other week and finished in excellent time. Over the last year, he's walked more than 1000km's :y72: BUT HE'S NOT ON A DIET! I'M ON THE DIET!!!! :sad:
