COOL
Winter is what it is, and you can't do anything about it, so you may as well embrace it, cope with it; get it over with and then really appreciate the warmer weather.

No thanks, I'll take summer every time. I don't participate in winter sports or activities so it's motorcycles, days at the lakeside cottage and boating for me.
I can't say as I hate winter, but there's nothing I can do about it so I just go with the flow until it passes.
The down time gives me time to work on the bikes without taking them off the road during riding season.

I must say, North Eastern Ohio and the full 4 season thing was a great place to grow up. (fall being my favorite) I was exposed to and enjoyed Motorcycles, water skiing, boating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, snow skiing, ice skating, swimming, tennis, football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, all of it. And it was great. A perfect utopia to be a kid/young adult. But at 44 I am glad as glad can be to not see temps much ever below 32 a few snow flakes only every 5-10 years and I haven't owned a snow shovel since 1987. It was a wonderful place to grow up. But having one wardrobe and no snow......is a great place to be now. :y2:

I've got one thing to say about winter and it's this.

:y2: It's the 10th day of autumn (fall), I've had a short ride to the local Irish pub for the photo, mowed the lawns (2 hours), had a swim, now having a very cold beer and checking out TT. Life aint too bad. Just that for us on a good winters day I can do the same again. :y13:
