This is the 2020 Kawasaki W800.
They certainly captured the "Triumph look" with this model.
One of our club members has a 2019 model and loves it.

Read an article on them last year. Really think the shaft driven cam is a neat idea. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
From what I read, Kawi's revival of an old design doesn't stack up to the Triumph revival of the Bonneville.
 
In the early 70’s when Kawasaki dealers were begging for 4 strokes they were told the w series was to out dated for the North American market so great to see it’s decedents being exported . They have some BSA DNA you know .
 
This is not the first "visit" of the W800. Kawasaki produced the Triumph/BSA-inspired W1, 2, & 3 from 1967 to 1975. Then they brought out the W650 from 1999 through 2007. After that they showed us the first generation of W800 from 2011 through 2016. This current series of W800 came out in 2019.
