Valve Adjustment America ‘15

Hi All, just took the cam cover off measured each valve. EVERY one was tight. Each intake and exhaust. I checked on several sights (websites and You Tube) as to proper tech to check the clearance. I’m confident I’m doing it correctly, but what are the odds that every one of them is below tolerance? Next, where do I start to figure out the shims? I technically don’t have a hard number to start with. If it’s tighter than .001 one cannot measure zero. Thanks.
