Tympanium Wiring

So by connecting aTym just the alt and batt connections.I assume you disconnet the old rectifier and tape off wires maybe ground the ground wire though.Plan on addin a Cap to replace the batt.One other question Ill assume the horn should work with Ign Sw on either of the on's.Oh yeah A 72 Tiger is what Im workn on.Thats about it fer now

Do all the Boyer electronic ignitions have voltage reg built in or some without?

I have no experience with the Tympanium so can't answer your question.
Hopefully, somebody else will come along and help you out.

As far as I know, the Boyer doesn't have a built-in regulator, but my experience is with older units which still use the rectifier and zener diode.

I have no experience with Tympanium either. I only know about Sparx and Boyer.

Well i goter figged out.Stupid wirin diagram said connect 2 wires to alt other 2 to cycle.Well gee which 2 wires.Anyhow looked online and found a better instructions not that I didnt have a good idea as to what to do but wanted to make sure.Put a heat sink on her too..Pics will be up an Kazs restoration thread
