She is going to cause widespread destruction in Louisiana and Texas. She is expected to still be Cat 1 when she gets to Arkansas.
Trey tells me the gas stations in Leesville, LA are out of fuel. They certainly will not get resupplied in the next couple of days. Ft Polk, where Trey works, has fuel and as a "key and essential employee" he will be able to get gasoline.
