I am having some brake problems on my 2014 Thunderbird LT. Of course it has the ABS feature .
Problems only start up after the bike has gone to the point where the ABS light goes off.
Found the problem yesterday after I changed the front tire. Worked great prior to that. Brake fluid was changed about a month ago.
Does not act like air bubbles. While riding it will fail on the first pump, then engage the second try. No signs of leaks & fluid level is at proper height. Also if bike is turned off , or started in any gear including neutral the brake works good.
Also tried to pull the 20 amp fuze no affect.
To start with I am not a fan of ABS on a motorcycle. Had a BMW when they first came out with the ABS , nothing but headache. I survived over 55 years of riding w/o out ABS .

Tanks for all of the replys. Turns out it was not the ABS, but rather a bent brake rotor. I have a MC lift with a front wheel clamp. The wheel stop was not pinned all the way in. I loosened the lock to remove the bike , and set it on the side stand. The rotor rested against the wheel lock and was bent just slightly. got a replacement EBC for $184.
