I have the leather covered hardbags sold by this company directly, and available from newspeedmaster.com. I am generally happy with the performance of the product. They hold quite a lot of stuff and have survived a fair amount of abuse on a recent camping trip (overstuffing them, bending the lids while opening and closing to clear my overstuffed rear rack). The fiberglass and hinges never complained. My only gripe is with the leather. The seams are not squared up/ aligned well between the lid and the body, and there are "bubbles" in a couple of places where the adhesive either didn't hold or wasn't applied correctly. This of course detracts from the appearance a bit. If I had it to do over, I would buy them again, but without the leather, and have them covered locally. I don't want to bother with sending them back to Asia for repairs.
Overall, I would rate them about a seven on a scale of one thru ten. They are a good product for the money. :y115:
Update: I dropped the bike in the gravel yesterday. :y21::cry: The only real damage was to the leather at the bottom of the right side bag. Apparently the fiberglass is strong enough to support the weight of the bike laying on them if you go wheels up.
