I have run quite a few marathons and no how painful it can be, but I can't imagine what this guy went through.

What a story, and what a hero. Thanks for sharing it. All to often we Americans don't realize what sacrifices other countries' heros are making. I did not realize that 19 Dutchmen have lost their lives in the war.
