Well the new forum software has been released so I will now have to start work on upgrading our forum. As this is going to be one huge upgraded I will be setting everything up on a test site. A number of things will change from what we have here to our new software. I hope these will all be positive changes for our forum.

However I would like this change to be our community effort you giving valued input as to what you would like to see on our new software and forum. We will not be losing any of our database as this will be converted and imported into the new software. As I go along and implements stuff I will be posting here for further input.

For now here is the login detail of our test site.

Current work being done

1. Have a new logo designed
We are looking at having a new logo designed. This will be on the same design as far as the text goes that we have now. We would also like to bring back the bikes into the logo or into the page some place. (Your thoughts on this please)

2. Themes
I am working on the themes to make them wider as we have them here (full screen). However these will be the themes that will be available to us now unless I have a custom one made for us (Your thoughts on this please)

3. Mods
These are all the add on to the software. I have installed a few but if you thing we are missing any please let us know

I have no particular wants or needs or see things that need changing.
I'm easy to please and have no suggestions.
I like the site as it is but will adapt to whatever the changes are.

The software than runs the forum has been upgraded. What that means to us is that while the current software works fine, there will come a time when our current version will no longer be supported - no more security fixes, bug patches, etc. If we were to develop a problem with the software, we could not get help in fixing the problem. Like several of you, I am happy with what we have.
