I agree, it's a fine bike, but bikes and cars have become an electronic nightmare with all the systems and gadgets.
My wife just bought a new Ford F150 King Ranch model. Mabel is somewhat of a technophile and she usually likes the latest gadgets. This truck can parallel park itself, has active cruise control (I do like that feature), will back a trailer, will warn and the counter lane drift, and has 360 degree cameras. But all of this is quite complicated to set up. It also has keyless ignition which I do not like.

I just bought a 2020 Subaru Forester and the owners manual is 562 pages long!
It doesn't park itself, but has all those features you mention; brakes in an emergency (forward and back), and on and on.
It's forever chirping and flashing a warning of some kind and sending messages on the dash BGRIN
It's a wonderful vehicle and I love it.

That sounds like Mabel's Ford. When I first saw the owners manual I thought is was a Bible!! :y23:
