That video was from the Canadian motorcycle TV show "Motorcycle Experience" that has been on the air up here for many years. The voice-over is David Hatch; host and producer of the program.
This year they ended every program with a visit to the Barbour Museum to showcase a particular model of Triumph since Triumph Motorcycles is now one of the sponsors of the program.
